  • What is Lectric Washing Soda made of?

    Lectric Washing Soda is made from 100% sodium carbonate. It is all natural, with no phosphates, dyes, fragrance or colourants.

  • Where do you deliver?

    Apologies rest of the world, we currently only deliver within the land down under - Australia. You will also need to practice your autograph as a signature is required, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or Locked Bag address.

  • How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    You can expect a knock on your door from the postman within approximately 7 working days. We know you want your goodies ASAP so 99% of orders are sent out by the next business day. Orders are sent via our carrier Australia Post who aim to deliver your parcel within 1-5 working days of us lodging it. Please consider that we don't post out nor do XL Express deliver on weekends. We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and have been provided a guide only.

    Yes. Once you’ve handed over your cash and placed your order online, we let you know we have received it via automated email, which includes a list of the fabulous items you ordered. Don’t worry - your credit card details are not sent in any emails from us. We also recommend that you never send your credit card details via email.

  • What is your returns policy?

    Because we sell our products both directly and indirectly (through distributors) to retailers we are unable to process returns for purchases made from pharmacies or department stores.( We hope you understand). Should you wish to return a product, please contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange, according to the retailer’s return policy. We advise that you always keep your receipt and check retailer’s conditions for returns.

    If you have purchased a product via our website and for some reason you do not wish to keep it, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of receipt. We will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please return item to us within fourteen days, and we will reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return carriage.
